Preparation

Orders received, in some cases, may take up to two days (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) to prepare. All the others will be processed the same day and delivered the following day to the courier. Those received after 5:30 pm will be considered as received the next day. These times are also dictated by the time of collection of the Express Courier.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs for orders over € 35 are free in all European countries.

The notice of delivery of an order will be notified via text message and email contact entered when ordering. Bagport.eu recommends entering an active number in order to better manage the delivery. Any changes in the address field made after the order must be communicated to customercare@bagport.eu  

IMPORTANT: To make sure you receive what you ordered as soon as possible, we invite you to follow these tips:

  • Indicate an address where someone is always present to receive the package.

  • The surname indicated on the package must match the one on the doorbell. In fact, if the courier does not find the name or does not know where to ring, he returns the package to the sender as an "unknown address"

  • Provide a valid phone number to be contacted at the time of delivery and to receive the courier's SMS the night before.

Returns

The customer can make use of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n. 21.
It is possible to return the purchased product within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the products.How to return products:

check that the products are intact in the same conditions in which they were received by the customer, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Once you have received the confirmation from our assistants, you can send the return goods to the following address:

Within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the returned products at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return.

Refund of the price of the products

As soon as we have received the products, we will refund the price paid by the customer for the goods for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products, according to the methods indicated in the return form sent to us online. Any additional shipping costs, home delivery of the product will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT: it is necessary to obtain a refund, that the customer returns the products to Valigeria Roncato intact with all the tags attached and in the original packaging. Products returned to Valigeria Roncato not in compliance with the above conditions will not be accepted and, therefore, will return the goods to the customer without recognizing any refund, charging him, at the same time, the costs of transport and delivery of the products themselves.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have purchased tailor-made or customized products.
